Two words excellent service! I mean the staff was professional, skilled, kind and the quality of their work speaks for itself. I called a few months ago to inquire about replacing the fire proof door in my apartment that was old, rusty and in really bad shape. Within a week they sent a representative to measure the door and provide me with a quote.If you're like me and you don't have experience with The quote was very detailed with a sketch of the door and a detailed explanation of the services and cost. At first I thought it was a bit pricey, but after consulting with a few other companies it was a fair price and they give you a discount if you pay cash.On the day of the installation the staff was timely, prepared and did an excellent job!

I recently placed an order for custom fireproof doors for my boiler room, and working with Ashley was an absolute pleasure. She was super knowledgeable, thorough, quick to return calls and emails and answered all of my questions -- when this is my first time purchasing anything like this!
